Towards you

I have been walking towards you all my life

and driving also

just as cycling and even riding a motorbike once

I've been taking buses and trains and ferries towards you

I was swimming, running, hiking

sometimes dancing and occasionally crawling on all fours

I was breathing and yes: also sleeping towards you

Apparently carrying wood, hammering nails, turning soil

towards you

this precious moment

The NOW!

Well I would also cherish the thought

to honestly and smilingly upright say this

to a woman once

But in the end
