May the tree of life be watered
with loving kindness and wisdom

Loving Kindness and insight into the radical interdependence
the interelatedness of all things
the co-arising of all phenomena
Blessed be the elements and the elementals
Blessed be the water, the very soil and the Air
the Fire that burns in us and in the Earth
blessed be the Animal clans and the Plant families
the very Bones of the Earth
the fungal and mineral realms
the gems and crystals and incenses
Blessed be blessed be Mother Earth
Father sun, moon and stars
And blessed be the human child
May peace and healing
may unconditional
come to the human mind, body heart and soul
and may the male and female energies
unite...as two
may the mycilium of relations
be fed and nurtured with love and compassion
with patience and attention
Bessed be the child
blessed be the son and the daughter
the sister and the brother
the mother and the father
the grandfather and the grandmother
Oh may the ancestral tree be adorned
with forgiveness and gratitude
with insight, understanding and reconciliation
Blessed be the body
the very carnal body in all its parts and qualities
blessed be all food and drink
may every bite, sip and every breath
evry step that I take, move that I make

every sensation, perception and emotion
be turned into wonderful, luminous, radiant
life-inhacing benevolent Chi, pure life energy
for the benefit and liberation, the healing in wholing
the thriving and beauty, the awarenes and awakening
the wonderfulity and luminosity
of all sentient beings of all phenomena and activities of the Universe
