Glow in the Dark

Today dear piece of paper

You will see me cracking nuts

in utter concentration

you will see me grinding egg-shells persistently

and feed them back to the poultry

you will find me picking leaves of sage

and dry them carefully for the tasks to come

In the evening I will knead a dough for tomorrow

and wholesome bread it shall become

Understand me right

while you observe me in this

I think about revolution

I researched the word competence

and I found a definition that said:

“The capability and the skill

to solve certain problems in definite fields

and...

to eventually do this!”

while imagining revolution

I crack nuts and shells for the Earth
